Agricultural brewery since 2010 in Cascina Gaita, in the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano: Pratorosso produces raw, unpasteurized craft beer without additives, using barley from its own 11 hectares of fields. The Green House is the taproom where you can drink their own draft, canned or bottled beers, accompanied by sandwiches and platters. Open in the evenings, from Wednesday to Sunday, with special nights and events on weekends. 15 km from Milan, it's worth the trip.
