Our mission
Social media keeps you still. We get you moving again.
Moodmakers started from a simple idea: technology should take you out, not lock you inside yourself. We're a live map of venues, nights out and events near you, built to get you off your phone and out the door.
What happened to "social"
The big platforms were born to keep people in touch. Now they do the opposite: endless feeds, content built to entertain you and hold you there, strangers' profiles where your friends used to be. You've become a spectator, watching the lives other people are actually living.
Fewer and fewer of us really post anymore. Most of us scroll in silence, while real social life has retreated into private chats. We're not together anymore, we're just watching.
A screen that's a bridge, not a destination
We measure our success by how much time you spend out, not how much you spend inside the app. Every night you find here is a real conversation, a gig lived in person, someone you meet outside a window of pixels.
That's the kind of social we believe in: people meeting, in real places, in the real world.
